Three-card Monte – also known as Find the Lady and Three-card Trick – is a confidence game in which the victims, or 'marks', are tricked into betting a sum of money, on the assumption that they can find the 'money card' among three face-down playing cards. A confidence game in which the victim, or mark, is tricked into betting a sum of money that they can find the money card, for example the queen of hearts, among three face-down playing cards.

Cards are dealt one face-down to each player, followed by two face-up to each player. The dealer will determine beforehand if there is a betting round preceding the first card dealt face-up, but at the very least, one betting round will ensue the dealing of each of the two face-up cards.
